RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at beadseller@beadseller.us.  Items must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of date of receipt.  Upon receipt of the return, we will refund you the original purchase price.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Once your cleared payment is received, shipping usually occurs within 48 hours except holidays.  All items are shipped via US Postal Service.  We offer the least expensive shipping and handling available.  Bulk Products have set shipping fees.  (See BULK PRODUCTS below).

Most international packages must be taken into the post office to ship.  Please visit the HOLIDAYS link above to see what days we cannot ship.  All domestic packages that fit in a standard US mail box, will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of your cleared payment.

Most of our products follow the above shipping specifications.

BULK PRODUCTS:  All products marked with (BP) behind price are bulk products.  These products do not follow the above shipping and handling guidelines.  Individually, the shipping on these products could be quite costly.  If you purchase more than one of the products marked with (BP) the shipping will be adjusted and if applicable, a refund for any overpayment of shipping will be refunded.  Most of our (BP) items are listed under our Containers and Displays product category.  These items are generally shipped via parcel post.  Email for priority rate.  

NOTE:  Oversized Packages will ship out on SATURDAY ONLY.  What is an Oversized Package?  Anything that will not fit in the Standard USPS Mail Box.  

NOTE:  WE HAVE NOT FOUND ANYONE WHO WILL GIVE US FREE BUBBLE WRAP, PACKING POPCORN, SPECIAL BUBBLE ENVELOPES, PAPER FOR INVOICING, INK FOR OUR PRINTER, SHIPPING LABELS, ETC. APPARENTLY, NO MATTER HOW NICE YOU ARE, VENDORS SELLING THESE WONDERFUL MARVELS OF PACKAGING WILL NOT MERELY GIVE THEM AWAY!!!
