RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at beadseller@beadseller.us.  Items must be returned in their original condition within 21 days of date of receipt.  Upon receipt of the return, we will refund you the original purchase price.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Once your cleared payment is received, shipping usually occurs within 48 hours except holidays.  All items are shipped via US Postal Service.  We offer the least expensive shipping and handling available.

International packages must be taken into the post office to ship.  Please visit the HOLIDAYS link above to see what days we cannot ship.  All domestic packages that fit in a standard US mail box, will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of your cleared payment.

NOTE:  We have not found anyone who will give us FREE bubble wrap, packing popcorn, special bubble envelopes, paper for packing slips, ink for our printer, shipping labels, baggies for beads, labels for beads, etc.  Not to mention supply us with FREE electricity to see what we're doing, run the printer and computers and power the coffeemaker!  Sure, we owned the coffeemaker -  but still haven't found vendors handing out FREE coffee, equal, creamer etc. for those late nights when we are striving to keep awake to get orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible. 

 Apparently, no matter how nice you are, vendors selling these wonderful marvels of packaging and caffeine enhanced java will not merely give them away!
