QUESTION:   I've finished shopping, how do I complete my order and pay. 

ANSWER:  Beadseller accepts payments via money orders, paypal and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)  You are not required to open an account to purchase items from Beadseller.

To complete your order and pay: 

1-  Click on the View Basket button in the upper right hand corner.  Make any necessary adjustments at this time with regards to quantities.  Please remember, our semi precious beads are sold as WYSIWYG, therefore, there is only one of each strand.  This applies to our pendants as well.   You will also notice that there is no shipping information available in this step.  It is during this step that you will apply any coupon codes that you may have received via email from Beadseller.  Enter any coupon code in the Enter Code box; then click the Apply Changes button located in the lower left corner. 

2-  Click the Checkout Button -  As previously stated, you are not required to open an account in order to purchase items from Beadseller.  If you do have an account - Enter your email and password at this time.  If you do not have an account, click on the Continue to Checkout Button.  For account holders, once you have logged in, click on the Continue to Checkout Button.

3.  Fill in the required information.  Why do we require a telephone number?  If there is a problem with your order, we prefer to contact you directly in order to correct any problems as quickly as possible.  We do not sell your information.  We do not believe that this is an appropriate practice and will not ever sell your information.  If you do not have or wish to create an account - click on the little box next to the "I do not wish to create an account"  Input the security code, which is generally a mix of numbers and letters.  Don't forget to click the little box next to "I have read, agree and understand the terms & conditions."  If you forget to click this box, you will not be able to complete your checkout.  The process will not advance to the next step if any of the necessary information is not complete.

4.  Click the Submit & Continue Button in the lower right hand corner. 

5.  Once you have completed step 4 - you will be taken to a page where you will be able to choose your shipping method.  Please note:   USPS First Class mail cannot exceed 13 ounces.  If the total weight of your purchases reflect 0.13 or higher, it does not automatically disable First Class Shipping.  We have already informed the powers that be, (the programmers) that this is something that needs to be addressed.  Also, if you have not purchased books (only), please do not choose the USPS Bound Print option. (this is usually the last shipping option available)  We cannot ship anything other than books via this method.   Once you have finished picking the shipping you desire, your basket total with be updated to reflect your total purchase with shipping included.  If you are a Maryland resident, tax will also be included at this time.  Note to Maryland Customers:  We do not charge tax on shipping and handling, only the products you actually purchase. 

NOTE:  Because of so many still choosing the USPS Bound Print option for shipping; we have removed this option.  We are not able to ship anything but books via this shipping method.  If your order involves only books, please contact me before completing your order and I will enable the option allowing you to complete your order using this shipping method. 

6.  During step 5 above, you will be given one last chance to insert any coupon code, promotional code or gift certificate code.   Once you are sure that you are ready to complete your order, click the Place Order Now button.

7.  If you are paying with a credit card or via paypal, click on the Make Payment Button. 

If you are paying using a money order, make sure that you choose the Money Order Form button.  By choosing the Money Order Form button, this will allow you to print out your order and pay via mail.  Print your form and send the completed form along with your money order to the address provided - Donna Inches - 12 Fir Drive - Baltimore, MD  21220 - Please note, once payment is received, your order will be process within 48 hours upon receipt of your mailed payment.

If you are paying with a credit card or via paypal, click on the Make Payment Button.  If you are paying via paypal, login at this time and complete your transaction.  If you would prefer to pay using your credit card without accessing a paypal account, this is not a problem.  On this page, above the credit card logos you will see:

Click on the word Continue.

This action will take you to a secure page that should contain your Name and Address - Please make sure that this information matches your credit card billing information.  If your credit card has a middle initial on the card, make sure that you enter that middle initial after your first name.  Enter your credit card account number in the blank below your last name - Don't forget to enter the expiration date in the boxes below the credit card logos along with the special 3 digit CSC code from the back of your card.  It is important to make sure that you choose the correct STATE as this information does not transfer for privacy purposes.  Insert your telephone number and email address in the appropriate boxes. 

8.  Click the Review Order and Continue Button (please make sure that all of the information in the previous step is correct and complete before clicking the button)

9.  If you should have a paypal account, you will see a box on the right side of the page asking you to login at this time.  If you do not wish to pay with your paypal account, there is an option just below the login box:  Continue without logging in.   Click on Continue  (You're almost finished)

10.  After clicking on Continue - you will be transferred to a secure location where you can finish your transaction and pay.  Scroll down and make sure that the information on this page is correct.  Don't forget to check the little box in the Contact Information section allowing us the ability to see the telephone number where you can be reached if there is a problem with your order.  

11.  To complete your transaction - click the Pay $000.00 Now button.

12.  Once you click on the Pay Now button, you will be taken to a page which allows you to print a copy of your receipt.  Under the orange Return to beadseller button is a View Printable Receipt link.  This printable receipt will only reflect the total paid, not the items you have purchased.  To see the items you have purchased, you will need to click the Return to beadseller button.  If you have an account, you can login at this time and view your purchases.  With or without an account, you will receive emails keeping you updated on your order as well as alerting you as to when your order is processed and shipped.  You will not receive an email stating what you have ordered unless you have an account.  This is just one of the advantages to having an account, the ability to see all of the details of your orders along with links that are provided for tracking your shipments. 

Note to International Customers:  The United States Postal Service does not provide online information regarding tracking your package.  However, we personally take all international packages to the United States Post Office and once we receive tracking information, that information will be provided at the earliest possible time.  The tracking information that we are able to provide will only consist of the actual custom label number.  This includes Canadian orders.

QUESTION:  Do I have to create an account in order to buy products from Beadseller?

ANSWER:  As previously stated, no.  Please keep in mind that by creating an account, you will need to keep track of your own user name and password.  We do not have access to this information nor do we have access to your credit card or payment information.   This is your own secure private account and is for your eyes only.  Creating an account will allow you to keep track of the items you have purchased and give you access to your tracking information for those purchases.  It will also allow you to keep track of the product numbers of your previous purchases making repurchasing faster and easier.  

QUESTION:  When I went to pay, I did not want to pay using a paypal account and cancelled at that time.  I returned at a later date to pay but couldn't find my order.  What happened with my order?

ANSWER:   The program that runs the Beadseller site will only hold items in a cart for up to 24 hours.  Once the 24 hours has elasped, the program automatically removes the unpaid orders and returns the unpaid items back to inventory on the site.  It is imperative that you complete your order within this time allotment in order to insure your ability to complete your desired purchases. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we are a very small company and have limited stock on our products.  We offer WYSIWYG on many of our semi precious bead products and because of the demand, we cannot possibly hold shopping cart contents indefinitely.  We try to provide a safe shopping experience so that everyone who shops with Beadseller has the opportunity to purchase high quality products.  If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email : beadseller@beadseller.us

QUESTION:  What do the different letters for Swarovski Crystals mean?

ANSWER:   Swarovski crystals have different effects or finishes.   

QUESTION:  What gauge is the best when using pins?  20 gauge? 26 gauge?

ANSWER:   First and foremost, with regard to gauge, the smaller the number the thicker the wire.

QUESTION:  How do I know how many beads I will need to create a piece of jewelry?

ANSWER:  Most adult women have wear a size 7" to 8" Bracelet.  Necklace sizes are usually 18" to 24" in length.  These are standard chain lengths.   Since most beads are in millimeters, keep in mind that there are 25.4mm in 1" or approximately four 6mm beads.  i.e., a 7" bracelet would require approximately 26 - 6mm rounds plus clasp. (Depending upon the type of clasp used)

Pins come in many different lengths and gauges.  When using pins with semi precious beads, generally, semi precious beads have smaller holes and 24 or 26 gauge pins are recommended.  Most of the czech glass beads have a slightly larger hole and 20 or 22 gauge pins work well with these.  

Find the gauge you are most comfortable using and stick with that gauge.  Working with the same gauge pins tends to help with consistency in technique.
